Pilates, Small Group Training & Personal Training

Our story

We Gym is a multifunctional training facility.
We offer reformer Pilates, personal training, and small group training classes, as well as a year-round wellness events calendar.

We Gym was founded by personal trainer and former top-level judoka Sonay Weewee, after he realised that Tilburg lacked a truly personal, multifunctional fitness studio.

The Reformer Pilates-exercises are done on a machine with a spring mechanism and offer extra resistance for more power, toning and reinforcement of your entire body. 
Weight Ball

Small Group Training

Our signature class is Small Group Training (SGT). Here you're going to work in groups of 6 in a training period of 12 weeks. During these classes, we're going to make use of fitness materials and also
cardio-materials.
Modern Gym

Personal Training

Our one-on-one-approach allows members to achieve their fitnessgoals.
We offer fully tailored, individual training plans for every one of our members. During which we coach and motivate you the entire program.
Sport Exercise

Training

The first step to change is usually the hardest part of the process. It can help to do this together with someone you trust.
Duo Training is the ideal solution. It lowers the cost and you have double the fun.
